2020 Post-Grad Football Registration

Player cannot be 19 on or before August 31, 2020.

Player must be actively seeking to advance their life after high school.

Step 1: Fill out player information below

Player Fee ($250) and Equipment Deposit ($50) must be paid with submission of this form and other documents listed on the Registration Checklist.

Multiple Player Discounts for families with multiple players of $50 off per additional player (Note: a $50 equipment deposit will be required for each player).

Make checks payable to Hickory Hawks Athletics or make arrangements with Treasurer to receive a Credit/Debit Card Authorization Form.

Player may not be issued equipment or allowed to participate in team activities until: Player Fee and Equipment Deposit are paid and all materials listed on Registration Checklist are submitted, reviewed, and approved.

Step 3: Click the "Pay Registration Now" button. Fill out some basic information and after you submit it, a receipt will be emailed to you.

The waiver form must be signed and returned to the registrar or coaches. Without this form you will not play.
